  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.


  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 7 to 14 business days. For countries outside US, Canada and UK, it can take up to 28 business days, depending on your country's customs clearance.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're always happy to help if you have any questions.



  • How do I track my package?

  • Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.


  • Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned or exchanged unless verified to be damaged or faulty. See our return policy for more information on this question.

 

  • Do you offer refunds?
